Ingredientes

  • Masa quebrada
  • 1 Taza de harina
  • 1 Barra mantequilla en cubos fría
  • 1/4-1/2 De taza de agua fría
  • 1/4 De cucharadita de sal
  • 1 Taza de tocineta salteada
  • ½ Taza de cebolla salteada
  • 1 Taza de crema de leche
  • 1/2 Leche
  • 3 Huevos
  • 1 Taza de queso cheddar Michel
  • Sal y pimienta
  • 1 Taza de parmesano para gratinar
  • Puerro picado para decorar

Preparación

  1. Colocar la mantequilla y la harina y la sal en bowl.
  2. Batir hasta que queden pedacitos de harina y mantequilla que asemejen lentejas.
  3. Agregar poco a poco el agua fría necesaria para compactar.
  4. No amasar.
  5. Dejar reposar por mínimo una hora en la nevera cubierta en papel plástico.
  6. Engrasar molde de tarta o pie y abrir la masa con la ayuda de un bolillo.
  7. Cubrir con papel encerado y llenar de grano o pesas para que no crezca la masa.
  8. Pre-cocer la masa a 400 grados por aproximadamente10-15 minutos.
  9. Retirar los granos y el papel.
  10. Cuando la masa este refrescada, colocar la tocineta y el queso cheddar.
  11. Aparte mezclar la leche, la crema de leche, los huevos, sal y pimienta.
  12. Colocar el queso cheddar Michel, la tocineta y cebolla salteada dentro de la tarta.
  13. Verter la mezcla líquida en la tarta.
  14. Colocar encima el queso parmesano.
  15. Hornear por aproximadamente 30-40 minutos hasta que dore.
