Quipe al horno

Ingredientes

  • Para la masa de quipe:
  • 2 libras de trigo #1 (puesto en agua por 20 minutos)
  • 2 cucharaditas de canela
  • 1 cucharadita de comino
  • 1 cucharadita de pimienta negra
  • 2 cucharaditas de malagueta molida
  • 2 cebollas licuadas
  • Sal al gusto
  • Para la carne:
  • 2 libras de carne molida
  • 2 cucharaditas de canela
  • 1 cucharadita de comino
  • 1 cucharadita de pimienta negra
  • 2 cucharaditas de malagueta molida
  • 1 cebolla grande picadita
  • 5 dientes de ajo machacados
  • Sal al gusto
  • ½ taza de piñones fritos

Preparación

  1. En una sartén con aceite de oliva agregar la carne y las especias, y cocinar unos minutos.
  2. Antes de que la carne se cocine completamente agregar el ajo triturado, la cebolla picada y la sal, y mezclar bien.
  3. Por último, agregar los piñones, terminar de cocer y reservar.
  4. Colocar todos los ingredientes del quipe en un bowl y amasar con las manos hasta crear una masa.
  5. En una bandeja o molde para horno colocar una capa con la mitad de la masa de quipe, luego una capa de la carne ya cocida y terminar con otra capa de quipe.
  6. Antes de entrarlo al horno dividirlo en cuadros.
  7. Llevar al horno a 350ºF por 40 minutos.
