2 libras de trigo #1 (puesto en agua por 20 minutos)
2 cucharaditas de canela
1 cucharadita de comino
1 cucharadita de pimienta negra
2 cucharaditas de malagueta molida
2 cebollas licuadas
Sal al gusto
Para la carne:
2 libras de carne molida
2 cucharaditas de canela
1 cucharadita de comino
1 cucharadita de pimienta negra
2 cucharaditas de malagueta molida
1 cebolla grande picadita
5 dientes de ajo machacados
Sal al gusto
½ taza de piñones fritos
Preparación
En una sartén con aceite de oliva agregar la carne y las especias, y cocinar unos minutos.
Antes de que la carne se cocine completamente agregar el ajo triturado, la cebolla picada y la sal, y mezclar bien.
Por último, agregar los piñones, terminar de cocer y reservar.
Colocar todos los ingredientes del quipe en un bowl y amasar con las manos hasta crear una masa.
En una bandeja o molde para horno colocar una capa con la mitad de la masa de quipe, luego una capa de la carne ya cocida y terminar con otra capa de quipe.
