Ingredientes

  • ¼ De taza de aceite de oliva
  • 1 Cebolla blanca picadita
  • 2 Dientes de ajo laminados
  • 1 Libra de salchicha italiana
  • ½ Taza de vino marsala
  • 2 Tazas de consomé de pollo
  • 1/3 De taza de crema de leche
  • ¼ De taza de perejil liso picadito
  • ½ Taza de queso parmesano rallado
  • 5 Hojas de albahaca
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparación

  1. En una sartén, calentar el aceite y agregar la cebolla y el ajo, dejar cocinar a fuego bajo por unos 5-8 minutos.
  2. Agregar luego la salchicha destripada y desmenuzada, mezclar bien con ayuda de una cuchara de madera y presionar para desbaratar cualquier grumo. Subir el fuego y dejar cocinar por unos 2 minutos.
  3. Retirar la sartén del fuego y agregar el vino marsala. Volver a llevar a fuego bajo y dejar evaporar el vino. Luego agregar el consomé de pollo y dejar reducir a la mitad, más o menos por 10-12 minutos.
  4. Agregar la crema de leche y mezclar bien.
  5. Retirar del fuego y por último agregar el perejil y el queso.
