Ingredientes

  • 2 tortillas de harina para burritos o wraps (integral o blanca)
  • 1/3 taza de azúcar morena
  • 1 1/2 cucharaditas de canela
  • 1/4 taza de nueces tostadas y cortadas en trocitos
  • 2 cucharadas de mantequilla o margarina
  • 2 cucharadas de pasas (opcionales)

Preparación

  1. Precalentar el horno a 350ºF.
  2. Colocar capacillos en dos moldes para bizcochitos.
  3. Untar cada tortilla con 1 cucharada de mantequilla.
  4. Mezclar en un recipiente azúcar morena, canela y nueces.
  5. Esparcir la mitad de la mezcla sobre cada una de las tortillas.
  6. Distribuir las pasas sobre cada tortilla y enrollar apretando bien.
  7. Cortar en ruedas de una pulgada aproximadamente.
  8. Colocar cada ruedita en capacillos dentro de molde para bizcochitos.
  9. Hornear unos 5-8 minutos hasta que el azúcar esté caramelizada. Tip: Para una versión salada y deliciosa, puede pintarse la masa con pesto y agregar una taza de queso parmesano rallado. (Aporta calcio)
