Precalentar la parrilla (también se puede hacer al horno o en una sartén).
Sazonar el salmón primero por un lado, salpimentando al gusto, luego agregar el eneldo (espolvorear por arriba del filete), rociar el aceite de oliva y llevar a la plancha o sartén. Ya estando en la plancha o sartén repetir la operación por el otro lado. Dejar cocer de lado y lado.
En caso de que la cocción sea al horno, se debe de sazonar ambos lados antes de llevar al horno y la cocción dependerá del grosor del filete, pero no serían más de 10 minutos a una temperatura de 375 grados.
También se puede agregar romero seco, para darle un toque más aromático. Este plato es ideal para comer como cena, se acompaña con una ensalada ligera o tipo cesar. También cae muy bien con puré de papas o vegetales al grill.
