Ingredientes

  • 6 Cucharadas de mantequilla sin sal
  • 1 Cebolla cortada a la juliana
  • 1 Cucharada de ajo picadito
  • ¼ Taza de pasta de tomate
  • 2 ½ Taza de vino tinto seco
  • 1 Cucharadita de orégano seco

Preparación

  1. En una sartén derretir 2 cucharadas de mantequilla, agregar la cebolla y una pizca de sal, cocinar por unos 5 minutos, incorporar el ajo picadito y el orégano.
  2. Saltear por unos 30 segundos, agregar la salsa de tomate, cocinar por un par de minutos moviendo constantemente.
  3. Incorporar el vino, bajar el fuego y dejar evaporar y reducir por unos 10 minutos.
  4. Luego, retirar la sartén del fuego y colar, volver a llevar la salsa a la sartén, a fuego bajo y dejar reducir a la mitad, o según la textura deseada, incorporar el resto de la mantequilla, fría y cortada en cubos.
  5. Mezclar bien y sazonar al final con sal y pimienta recién molida.
