Satay de Pollo con Salsa de Maní

Ingredientes

  • Marinado
  • 2 Pechugas de pollo
  • 1 Yogur natural (125 g)
  • 1/3 De taza de leche de coco
  • 2 Cucharaditas de Leche Evaporada CARNATION®
  • 1 Cucharadita de curry en polvo
  • ½ Cucharada de salsa de soja light
  • ½ Cucharadita de sal
  • 1 Cucharadita de azúcar
  • Palitos de bambú C/N
  • Para la salsa de maní
  • ½ Taza de mantequilla de maní
  • 1 Cucharada de salsa de pescado
  • 1 Compota de frutas mixtas o de frutas tropicales

Preparación

  1. Para marinar el pollo
  2. Cortar la pechuga de pollo en filetes finos.
  3. En un bowl poner el yogur, el curry en polvo, la sal, la salsa de soja, la leche de coco y las cucharaditas de Leche Evaporada CARNATION® para intensificar los sabores.
  4. Remover bien y añadir el pollo.
  5. Con la ayuda de un guante (para que la mano no se quede amarilla) remover bien el pollo para que se mezcle con la salsa.
  6. Tapar con papel film y dejar marinar por unos minutos.
  7. Sacar el pollo marinado y hacer los pinchitos.
  8. En una parrilla o sartén tipo grill poner un chorrito de aceite vegetal, cuando la sartén esté bien caliente planchar los pinchitos vuelta y vuelta.
  9. Salsa de maní
  10. En un bowl colocar todos los ingredientes y mezclar hasta obtener una crema suave.
