Ingredientes

  • 1 zanahoria picada en cubos pequeños
  • 1 diente de ajo picadito
  • 1 cebolla roja picada en cubos
  • 2 tomates bugalú sin piel y sin semillas
  • ½ cucharadita de comino en polvo
  • 1 taza de consomé de vegetales
  • 1 hoja de laurel
  • 1 rama de tomillo
  • 1 rama de perejil
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 1 cucharada de yogurt natural sin azúcar, o sour cream y una pizca de comino para servir

Preparación

  1. Colocamos en una olla zanahoria, ajo, cebolla, tomate, comino, consomé, laurel, tomillo y perejil. Llevamos a fuego alto y dejamos hervir.
  2. Cuando hierva, bajamos el fuego y dejamos cocinar a fuego bajo por unos 15 minutos.
  3. Luego, retiramos la hoja de laurel, el tomillo y el perejil, y llevamos el resto a un procesador o licuadora.
  4. Una vez procesado, volvemos a llevar todo a la olla y sazonamos con sal y pimienta al gusto.
  5. Al momento de servir, agregamos una cucharada de yogurt o sour cream y por arriba una pizca de comino en polvo.
