Ingredientes

  • 2 Tazas de harina
  • 1/2 Cdta. de orégano seco
  • ¼ Cdta. de romero
  • 1 Cda. de perejil picado
  • 4 Onzas de mantequilla
  • 1 Huevo
  • 3 Cda. de agua fría
  • ½ Cdta. de sal
  • ½ Cdta. de azúcar
  • 1 Libra de auyama horneada
  • 2 Calabacines lonjeados y cocidos a la plancha
  • 2 Cdas. de harina
  • ½ Taza de queso ricotta
  • ½ Taza de crema de leche
  • 2 Huevos
  • Sal y pimienta

Preparación

  1. PARA LA MASA: En un tazón mezclar el harina, la sal y el azúcar. Incorporar la mantequilla con ayuda de un estribo agregar el huevo y el agua. Formar la masa. Extender la masa, colocar en un molde. Pinchar la superficie con un tenedor en los bordes y los extremos, llevar al horno a 350 °F por 7 minutos.
  2. PARA RELLENAR:
  3. Colocar en el fondo del molde la mitad de las lonjas de calabacín, la auyama en trozos, la mezcla de ricota, los huevos, el harina, la crema de leche, sal y pimienta.
  4. Verter a la tarta, colocar encima el resto del calabacín y llevar al horno a 350 °F hasta que cuajen los huevos. Retirar del horno, dejar refrescar y servir.
