Ingredientes

  • 1 Libra de atún (cortado en cuadritos)
  • 2 limones
  • ¼ taza puerro picado
  • 2 cucharadas de semillas de ajonjolí
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
  • 1 cucharada salsa de soja
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de sésamo
  • 1 cucharadita de mayonesa (opcional)
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 2 aguacates
  • 2 cucharaditas de pasta de wasabi (opcional)

Preparación

  1. Primero preparamos la marinada: mezclamos el aceite de oliva con la salsa de soja, una pizca de wasabi (opcional), el aceite de sésamo y jugo de limón (podemos usar 1 o 2 cucharadas, según como le guste más o menos ácido) y unimos bien.
  2. Aparte, sazonamos el atún con sal y pimienta, y le agregamos parte de la marinada (al gusto).
  3. Dejamos marinar un rato (pueden ser unos 5 minutos) y luego agregamos la mayonesa, el puerro y las semillas de ajonjolí.
  4. Pelamos y cortamos los aguacates en cubitos y rociamos con limón, unas gotas de aceite y salpimentamos al gusto.
  5. También puede usar el resto de la marinada y/o hacer el aguacate tipo puré (guacamole).
  6. Colocamos el aguacate como base del plato, podemos ayudarnos con un aro para dar forma.
  7. Sobre el aguacate colocamos el atún y decoramos con semillitas de ajonjolí y puerro.
  8. Podemos acompañar este plato con tostadas finas de pan o con platanitos fritos.
