Ingredientes

  • 1 cucharada de mostaza (preferiblemente en granos)
  • ¼ taza de mayonesa
  • 1 libra de filete de salmón cortado en cubitos
  • ¼ taza de cebolla roja picadita
  • 2 cucharadas de alcaparras picaditas
  • 2 cucharadas de zumo de limón
  • 2 cucharadas de puerro picadito
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • Pistachos
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Opcional: para servir, tostadas de pan integral o chips

Preparación

  1. Mezcle la mayonesa con el limón, luego agregue la mostaza, seguido de las alcaparras y la cebolla, sal y pimienta y por ultimo el aceite de oliva. Reserve.
  2. Agregue al salmón la mezcla e incorpore todo bien. Compruebe sal y pimienta y reserve en frío.
  3. Triture los pistachos y agregue al salmón. Los puede colocar como base o puede agregarlos por arriba, también los puede triturar con un poco de aceite de oliva y hacerlo tipo pasta.

  5. También puede colocar la salsa de mostaza y mayonesa sobre las tostadas y servir el salmón picadito, solo aderezado con sal y pimienta y un toque de limón, por arriba.
