Ingredientes

  • 1/2 libra de harina
  • 1/2 cucharadita de sal
  • 1 cucharada de levadura
  • 1 cáscara de limón
  • 6 onzas de margarina a temperatura ambiente
  • 10 cucharadas de azúcar
  • 3 tazas de cerezas
  • 1/2 taza de agua
  • 1 yema de huevo
  • 1 cucharadita de vainilla
  • 1 cucharadita de canela

Preparación

  1. Colocamos harina, levadura, margarina, sal, 1 cucharadita de azúcar, yema de huevo y un poquito de la vainilla en un bowl, y mezclamos bien.
  2. Luego, con las manos formamos una bola, la cubrimos y llevamos a la nevera por unos 30 minutos.
  3. En una olla ponemos las cerezas, agua, el resto del azúcar, cáscara de limón, canela y el resto de la vainilla.
  4. Hervimos hasta que esté cremosa sin que caramelice, y reservamos.
  5. Retiramos la masa de la nevera y vamos cubriendo los espacios de un molde para muffins.
  6. Llevamos al horno a una temperatura de 180ºC por unos 15 minutos o hasta que estén dorados.
  7. Dejamos enfriar y desmontamos.
  8. Vertemos la mermelada en cada uno de los tarticos y servimos.
