Ingredientes

  • 6 huevos separados
  • 1 pizca de sal
  • 1 taza de manteca
  • 1 pote de nutela de 400 gramos
  • 3 cucharadas de licor de avellana
  • 3/4 taza avellanas trituradas
  • 4 cucharadas de chocolate derretido
  • 2 tazas de harina
  • 1 1/2 tazas de crema de leche
  • 1/2 cucharadita bicarbonato de sodio

Preparación

  1. Precalentamos el horno a 180ºC.
  2. Engrasamos un molde y lo enharinamos.
  3. En un bowl, batimos las claras de huevo con la sal y las avellanas trituradas.
  4. Aparte, en otro bowl, mezclamos la manteca con la nutela, crema de leche, bicarbonato y harina.
  5. Añadimos el licor y las yemas de huevo y unimos bien.
  6. Agregamos el chocolate derretido y mezclamos.
  7. Tomamos las claras que habíamos batido y las incorporamos poco a poco con movimientos envolventes.
  8. Vertemos en el molde previamente engrasado y llevamos al horno por unos 50 minutos o hasta que al insertar un cuchillo este salga limpio.
  9. Dejamos enfriar antes de servir.
