Ingredientes

  • 2 libras de vacío
  • ½ taza de aceite de oliva
  • 1 taza de salsa de soya
  • 5 cucharadas de aceite de ajonjolí
  • 3 dientes de ajo machacado
  • 2 cucharadas de jengibre fresco rallado
  • 1 cucharada de ajonjolí tostado
  • 3 cucharadas de azúcar morena
  • 1 manojo de cilantro
  • Ralladura de 1 limón
  • Zumo de 1 limón
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 1 paquete de vainitas (para acompañar)

Preparación

  1. Limpiar el vacío.
  2. Mezclar los ingredientes para el marinado, agregar el vacío y dejar marinar unos minutos.
  3. En una sartén calentar bien el aceite y freír el vacío por dos minutos de cada lado. Retirar y reservar.
  4. Luego, para la salsa, en la misma sartén donde se cocinó la carne, desglasar con un poco del líquido de la marinada.
  5. En otra sartén, saltear las vainitas con un poco de aceite de oliva y salpimentar.
  6. Servir la carne con la salsa y acompañar con las vainitas.
