Ingredientes

  • 4 huevos
  • 4 yemas
  • 9 cucharadas de azúcar
  • 1/4 taza crema de leche
  • 1 1/2 tazas de chocolate amargo en polvo
  • 1 1/2 tazas de manteca
  • 1/2 taza de chocolate blanco
  • 6 cucharadas de harina
  • 1/2 taza de chocolate en barra troceado
  • Sirope de chocolate

Preparación

  1. Colocamos en un bowl los huevos, las yemas y el azúcar, y batimos con un batidor hasta que esté cremoso. Reservamos.
  2. Por separado, fundimos el chocolate amargo en polvo en una taza de manteca y el chocolate blanco con la restante 1/2 taza de manteca, a baño de maría.
  3. Incorporamos al chocolate oscuro la mitad de la mezcla de los huevos, en forma envolvente.
  4. La otra mitad la mezclamos con el chocolate blanco.
  5. Tamizamos la harina y mezclamos la mitad con el chocolate blanco y la otra con el oscuro.
  6. Engrasamos un molde y vertemos primero la mezcla del chocolate oscuro hasta la mitad del molde y luego esparcimos los trocitos del chocolate en barra.
  7. Por último, vertemos la mezcla del chocolate blanco.
  8. Llevamos al horno precalentado a 200ºC, por 10 minutos.
  9. Retiramos y dejamos que enfríe un poco, y servimos con sirope de chocolate por encima.
